At Structures Plus our primary concern is cow comfort.  We take the extra steps necessary to ensure that the cows in your herd are as comfortable as possible.  Over the years our staff has developed various loop systems that not only provide the cows with the comfort needed to ensure maximum milk production and longevity, but loop systems that are affordable as well.  Structures Plus loop systems are totally integrated with our freestall buildings to provide a seamless and faster installation process.  We offer several different styles of loops and loop holders to allow you the customer to create the complete system you desire for your herd.  Here is a small list of the advantages of choosing a Structures Plus loop system:

  • Maximum cow comfort and lunge space.
  • 10 GA high tensile galvanized tubing freestall loops.
    • Stronger than SCH. 40 pipe.
    • 50,000 lb. yield strength vs. 33,000 lb. yield strength.
  • Loopholder finishes of bare, red primer painted, or hot dipped galvanized.
  • Loopholder options:
    • T-Type: 6"x3" Tubing upper loopholder with hot dipped galvanized "T" embedded in concrete at each loop.
    • Standard: 6"x3" Tubing upper and lower loopholders, bolted or field welded depending on your preference.
    • Vertical: 2-7/8" Pipe upper and lower rails with 6"x3" Tubing verticals between the pipe, loopholder notched and field welded.
  • Neck rail options:
    • Hanging: some movement, less pressure on cows neck as she is getting up, fully adjustable for height and depth.
    • Fixed: ridged, sits directly on top of loops, adjustable to any dimension from center of loopholder.
    • Floating: controlled movement, maximum travel of approximately 12", adjustable to any dimension from center of loopholder.
  • Loop style options:
    • Cantilever Loop: various lengths, maximum side to side lunge space.
    • Standard Loop: various lengths, typical lunge space, can be used as bed end loops for ease of bedding equipment entrance.
  • Typical 46" and 48" bed widths.
  • Various loop lengths to accommodate bed lengths.
  • On some systems, no field welding required.

With the options we offer you can mix and match the loopholder with the neck rail, and choose from the various finishes.  Be assured that Structures Plus' loop systems are both functional and durable.  Contact us today and allow us to design a loop system that meets your needs, and keeps your cows comfortable.
