Structures Plus's sales and marketing department is primarily engaged in estimating and consulting to provide customers with the best building and/or structure to fit their specific needs. The department also manages print ads and the website to inform customers about Structures Plus and how we can meet their needs. We specialize in custom projects and our strength is in designing a project that will meet the customers individual needs without compromising quality. We tend to think of ourselves as the ‘long-term’ building solution, we pride ourselves in providing value in every project we produce.

The marketing director, estimator and contract administrator are assigned to the department. The marketing department is under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, Ron Overacker. The directors' responsibility is to insure customers requests are being handled in a timely fashion and that every customer is satisfied.

The company utilizes Eric White as the primary estimator. He seeks to find what the customer wants and then creates a model of the project so customers can visualize what we propose to eliminate confusion. The estimator then assigns prices to the components based on the scope of work to arrive at a cost for the customer.

The contract administrator then takes the estimate and puts it all together into a complete package that communicates, in writing, what we specifically propose and for what price. Once the project is commenced, our contract administrator prepares a formal contract based on the written estimate for the project and we begin manufacturing.

All members of the marketing department work together to create and maintain our marketing presence. We advertise in several magazines and staff a display at the World Ag Expo. All members work together to design print ads and maintain the company web-site to provide timely response to customers questions. Since our goal is to educate and consult our customers on the best use of our products, we must always be at the forefront of educating ourselves on what the latest process’ are and how new products may be utilized to create custom solutions to our customers. We always look to provide the best value on the market.
