Our facility is Located at 19860 S. Hwy 99 in Tulare Ca. It is very easy to find just south of the city of Tulare on the East side of the freeway at the Avenue 200 exit.

Starting in October of 2003 we began building our new facility and moved into it in June of 2004. The facility is positioned on seven acres with 50,000 Square Feet of manufacturing space along with 8,000 Square Feet of office space. There is convenient freeway access at the Ave. 200 exit whether you are coming Northbound or Southbound from the freeway. Nearby landmarks would include the World Ag Exposition which is just North and East of our facility and we’re directly adjacent to the Tulare Airport.

We have a state of the art drafting and design department with the latest three dimensional CAD/CAM design equipment and software along with state of the art manufacturing and material handling equipment for producing your project!

Our factory was designed with efficiency in mind so we teamed up with (Prax Air) our welding supply vendor and incorporated bulk cryogenic storage systems that through a Thermco mixing unit, supplies all the mixed gasses for our welding operations as well as bulk liquid oxygen that supplies our burn table processes. Throughout the facility a continuous looped supply of mixed gas is found at every welding station eliminating the need to change out cylinders therefore avoiding costly downtime. We incorporated bulk welding wire supplies as well on all the welding machines to eliminate unproductive time for changing out the wire supply.

We designed, manufactured and installed a state of the art material handling system for our saw and drilling processes. Applied Technologies aided us in the design and implementation of this system through a consorted effort of their specialists.

All of the factory employees are well trained and adhere to strict manufacturing tolerances to insure quality of the finished product. All of our products are manufactured in a controlled environment and are quality control checked as they move throughout each process and receive a final quality check prior to being released from production. Our welders are highly trained and certified by the American Welding Society to perform all of the structural welding requirements.

Whether you have a commercial project, Ag related project or are in need of parts, we are well equipped to design, manufacture, paint, package, ship and install your project wherever you need it!

We supplement our highly trained workforce with state-of-the-art machinery to provide the highest quality product on the market!

Some of our Manufacturing Equipment includes the following;

Peddinghaus CNC controlled BDL Drill

This piece of equipment is CNC controlled for precise and accurate layout of all the holes. Once the program is imported and the material is loaded, the machine takes care of positioning the material and drilling the holes therefore eliminating the chance of human layout errors.

Specifications:

  • 30” Maximum Beam Width

  • 16” Maximum Flange Height

  • 3 Spindles – up to 1-1/4” diameter holes

  • Carbide marking system – For part identification

CR Electronics NEXUS Burn Table

This piece of equipment is equipped with CNC controlled Plasma and Fuel Torches. It features a positive downdraft burn table along with a Tama Bag House for removing the gasses and smoke from the work environment.

With the Hypertherm HP2000 Plasma power source we can achieve high speed plasma cutting from 1” to 500” per minute depending on the plate thickness and ranging from light gauge sheets up to 2” thick plate.

We can efficiently cut your parts as well using up to four fuel torches at a time on plate thicknesses up to 10” thick.

To aid in providing a high quality product and stay competitive we have incorporated the latest in Material Handling Equipment as well.

Transfers and Conveyor System:

To increase efficiency we designed, manufactured and installed an automated material handling system to aid in our sawing and drilling processes. This includes raw material Transfers and Roller Conveyors. Hydraulics and electronics are used in the process.

The function of the Transfers is to initially serve as a staging area of raw materials. It serves to select a single bar of material by using hydraulic cylinders to raise the transfer arms. Electronic motors are engaged to index and position the material onto the conveyor system and after processing the material through sawing and drilling functions they are used on the out-feed side to remove the material from the conveyor. The automated Conveyor system is electronically controlled through servo drive units tied back to control panels that the operators use to advance the materials into position and exit the material once it has been completed.

Forklifts:

In our daily operations we incorporate the use of several types of forklifts, each having unique characteristics in their material handling capabilities. Every employee in the factory is trained and certified prior to using any of our lifts.

Telescopic Reach Forklift:

These lifts are versatile and capable of lifting up to 10,000 lbs. at a time and serve as our primary lifts for unloading supply trucks, loading trucks for shipping, loading our transfer and conveyor system and moving large amounts of product to their destination. They are capable of extending the product out for precise placement as well as extending out to retrieve product. We use this type of forklift on the job site as well because of its maneuverability, fork extension capability and overall lifting capacity.

Combilift:

This vehicle is very unique to us because it allows us the capability of moving product through our shop with ease. Retrieving product is obtained from the side and not the front as most other lifts are accustomed to. Since a large portion of what we manufacture is typically 40’ to 50’ in length, this equipment made maneuvering and transporting product through the factory very simple. It is capable of driving the product lengthwise, stopping, having the wheels rotate 90 degrees, maneuver into position, extend the product out and place it exactly where you need it.

Straight Mast Lifts:

We have several lifts that are used by our employees to aid them in the specific manufacturing processes whether it is to retrieve pallets, racks, product, or to position something they are working on.
