Ron Overacker was born in Visalia in 1948, and has lived in Tulare County all of his life. He has an extensive background in dairy design, construction, and fabrication.

Entering the workforce directly after graduating from Exeter Union High School, Ron has been involved with the construction industry for 38 years, receiving a California Contractors License in 1974.

As a tradesman, designer, manager, supervisor, and employer he has developed a broad view of business in the construction industry.

During his career, Ron has been involved with many types of construction including: commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural. The varied experience he has acquired has served him well, and is a constant source of inspiration. By combining many disciplines, he has been able to develop innovations and products to serve the industry, and  Structures Plus customers.

His ever present quest for, “a better way”, his knowledge of mechanics, and his skills have allowed him to develop many of the highly specialized methods, and equipment used by Structures Plus.

On a more personal note, he enjoys traveling with his wife Pam, flying, playing golf, hunting, fishing, and camping.

He is especially proud of his 3 son’s Ronnie, Jeff, and Marcus.
